How we work

We look at every layer of you.  The area of your pain or injury, do you move well with good alignment and muscle control, do you stand well in neutral straight posture, your anatomical alignment and deviation from neutral, is your movement compromised by your injury and what needs fixing to allow a return to normal, the degree of inflammation present, in-depth muscle testing - are your muscles too weak to carry you around / perform your sporting movements, are your muscles too tight to allow healthy function, do we need further investigations such a x-rays or scans, do we need to refer you to an orthopaedic consultant

When we know exactly what needs to be taken care of, we get straight to it. For stubborn tight muscles that cause pain and restrict your movement - we use special techniques for deep release.  We also provide you with a home programme for regular stretching. For muscle weakness we set a programme to activate and re-strengthen vital areas - this is either a home programme, a class with us or the boot camp for 1:1,  3 week intensive sessions to achieve the goal faster. For inflammation we use our Low Level Light Laser to absorb the swelling. For your biomechanical function - how you exist - we film you and analyse, giving you all the corrections you need. And importantly, based on your condition we give the precise advice of how to manage this - whether it's a specific amount of steps per day, how long to put an ice pack on for, what to avoid, how to sleep - we've got every element covered. To give you best outcome you could ever have
